    Dear all,
I would like to draw your attention to a new discourse in quantum foundations that is still on the technical, non-interpretational grounds and much work is yet to be done. Local Time Scheme (LTS) can be found at http://dx.doi.org/10.1098/rspa.2014.0283 and naturally differentiates between the few- and many- particle systems, routinely and technically-simply describes quantum measurement, resolves the ‘preferred pointer-basis problem’ for an ensemble of closed many-particle systems and provides a plausible interpretation of the Wheeler-DeWitt equation. LTS seems reducible to some existing approaches to the deeper physical nature of time, such as ‘emergent time’, ‘relational time’ and also the possibility that Time is objective and may be considered as a physical ‘system’ [a kind of ‘hybrid’ classical-quantum approach]. It would be nice to learn about your opinions in this regard.
